This is a general guide to the steps to follow to place an order. The webpage of your selected online service will give you more specific information to help you place an order. Please place your order in English.
Log on / Register
- Logon by entering their email address and password.
- New customers will need to Register
Find required online produc
- Click on the categories available and either
- Click on the links on the top of the webpage to view the products by category with a brief description of each product
- Click on a product from the category.
Read information provided about the products available
- In the case of products, search for the product you require using Quick Search on the left top of the webpage or by browsing through available products.
- Click on the required product to see a description of the product, its price, features and availability.
Cancellation and refund Policy
- It is set out on the web page. It is important to read and understand these conditions in addition to the main Corporation Legal Notices before you order because they will apply to your order.
Add to cart
- The option to Add to Cart will only be shown if your required product is in stock.
- In the Shopping Cart screen you will be able to enter required quantities, delete an item by clicking on the 'X' beside it. The various payment methods are also set out.
Proceed to checkout / Apply online
- Click on Checkout button on the right side after required products are added to cart
Shipping address/Billing address
- The shipping address is the address at which you will receive your products or receive the results of your requested service.
- You are required to complete the boxes marked with an asterisk ' * ' and may complete the optional boxes if you wish.
Proceed to payment
- Simply click on the Proceed to pay button at the bottom of the page. If you want to proceed with your order, click Continue button.
Accepted Payment Types
- Select the mode of payment from the available options
- If you decide to proceed with your order click on Pay now
- Select the payment method as Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking Account / Cash card.
- Each of the above payment methods will have different categories of bank types in the drop down through which you can pay the amount.
- Simply click on Proceed button after selecting payment method
- If you want to cancel the order click on the return to jpearls.com button at the bottom.
- Here you will have to provide your card number / access information of your card to pay the amount click on the Pay button at the bottom.
Order Confirmation e-mail
- You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your offered product which will give you a summary of the products ordered, an order number, shipping details and billing details. For any other queries contact the number in the email or mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. At that stage a binding contract between the customer and the company will come into existence. You can track the status our order in My Account section on www.jpearls.com. The email will also give you details of how to cancel an order and return goods. Please note the right to cancel does not apply in all cases.
