This offer is valid only on successful purchases made through our official website or mobile application. Participation is automatically granted post-purchase.

Gift Fulfilment
Any free gifts won via the Spin & Win contest will be dispatched along with the customer’s qualifying order, subject to availability at the time of dispatch.

Net Payable Criteria
The offer is applicable only on the net payable amount, i.e., the final amount after applying any discounts, promotional coupons, loyalty points, or credits. Orders not meeting the minimum spend threshold after these deductions may be disqualified.

Non-Combination Clause
This contest offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, campaign, or coupon unless expressly stated otherwise by the company.

Returns & Cancellations
In case of full or partial return or cancellation of the qualifying order, any gift item received as part of the Spin & Win contest must be returned in unused, original condition.
If the free gift is not returned or is returned in used/damaged condition, its full MRP (Maximum Retail Price) will be deducted from the eligible refund.In case the gift value exceeds the order value, the refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.

Coupon Code Winnings
Any discount or gift coupon won as part of the contest will be shared in printed or digital form along with your order and will be valid for your next purchase. Expiry dates and specific usage conditions will apply.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse
The company reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or disqualify any winnings if any form of misuse, abuse, bulk ordering, fraudulent activity, or policy violation is suspected.
Multiple entries using fake accounts, bots, or manipulation of order values will result in forfeiture of gifts and cancellation of orders.

Modification & Termination Rights
The company reserves the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spin & Win contest or its terms at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

No Cash Alternative
All gifts and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
