This Pearl Exchange Program isn’t a promotional offer, it’s a structural commitment, rooted in the same promise our founder made to his first customer in 1924 – “You can’t regret purchasing from Sri Jagdamba Pearls.”

What is the Pearl Exchange Program?

India’s First Pearl Exchange- where existing Sri Jagdamba Pearls customers can exchange their pearl set after a minimum holding period of 12 months and receive a Gift Voucher worth twice their original purchase value. A guaranteed 100% appreciation, upon successful verification.

Is this applicable to any pearl jewellery brand?
No. Only pearl and gemstone jewellery purchased directly from Sri Jagdamba Pearls through authorised channels is eligible.

How many sets can I exchange? Only one product per customer during the exchange window. Multiple products cannot be combined in a single request.

2. Eligibility

Which purchases qualify?
Pearl Purchases made through official Sri Jagdamba Pearls retail stores, jpearls.com, or officially listed marketplace channels.

The Pearls must have been purchased on or before 1st April 2025 (minimum 12 months old). The original invoice must confirm this.

My pearls are discoloured. Am I still eligible?
Yes. Natural discolouration is acceptable as long as the set is structurally intact with no missing pearls or physical damage.

I bought my pearls over two years ago. Am I eligible?
Yes. There is no upper time limit. As long as your set is in good condition and you hold a valid invoice, you can participate.

I received my pearls as a gift. Can I exchange them?
Yes, provided you have the original Sri Jagdamba Pearls invoice and the purchase was made through an authorised channel.

Are online purchases eligible?
Yes, if purchased through jpearls.com or an officially listed marketplace channel with Original Invoice.

Is customised jewellery or jewellery with gold, silver, or diamonds eligible? No. Such pieces are not eligible regardless of holding period or invoice status.

3. Exchange Process

How do I exchange online?

Type “Pearl Exchange” on Company Registered Whatsapp +91 72077 74202.
You will be guided to the Exchange Portal on jpearls.com. The process has three steps:

1. Submit your details. Eligibility confirmed within 2–24 hours.
2. Schedule pickup. Transit and quality check takes 2–7 working days.
3. Once approved, your Gift Voucher is issued instantly. Updates shared via WhatsApp throughout.

Can customers outside India exchange online?
No. The online pickup facility is available within India only.

How does an in-store exchange work?
Walk in with your original invoice and pearl set.
If eligible, the exchange is processed on the spot.

What do I need for the exchange?
Your pearl set in good condition and the original Sri Jagdamba Pearls invoice.

What if I’ve lost my invoice?
Share your registered mobile number or invoice number along with images of the set. Our team will search our internal records. If verified, your request will proceed. If not, it will be deemed ineligible.

When is the portal open?
The portal operates from 15th–31st March 2026, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Pickup must be scheduled on or before 31st March 2026.

Why might my request be rejected?

• Invoice not found and purchase cannot be verified
• Images unclear or product not identifiable as a Sri Jagdamba Pearls piece
• Product found damaged, tampered, or not meeting quality standards

In all cases, your jewellery will be returned to your registered address at no cost to you.

4. Gift Voucher

What is the voucher worth?
Twice your original bill value – what you actually paid.
Example: ₹20,000 paid = ₹40,000 voucher.

How will I receive it?
Your Gift Voucher will be delivered via WhatsApp to the registered mobile number provided at the time of initiating your exchange request. Please ensure this number is active and accessible.

How long is it valid?
30 days from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.

Can I use it across multiple purchases?
Yes, as long as total redemption falls within the voucher value and validity period.

Can I transfer it to a family member?
Yes. The voucher is transferable and redeemable at any Official Sri Jagdamba Pearls store or on jpearls.com.

What can the voucher be used for?
Only pure pearl and gemstone jewellery at Sri Jagdamba Pearls. Not applicable on gold, silver, diamond, or mixed-material pieces.

Where can the voucher be redeemed?
Exclusively at official Sri Jagdamba Pearls stores or on jpearls.com.
It cannot be redeemed through any other platform or channel.

Can it be combined with other offers or converted to cash?
No. The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Can I return or exchange what I buy with the voucher?
No. Products purchased using this voucher are final sale- not eligible for returns, refunds, or further exchange. The only exception is damage caused during shipping by Sri Jagdamba Pearls, in which case the product is replaced at no cost.

How is my 2X Return Calculated for the program?
Bring back any pearl piece you originally purchased from us. We’ll give you double the price you paid for that exact item as voucher credit — to use towards any new purchase.

What if my original bill had multiple items – how does it work?
Simple – the 2X credit applies only to the specific piece you choose to exchange, not the full invoice total. NOTE – You can exchange only 1 product per exchange program.

My original set cost ₹10,000. After exchange I received ₹20,000 in credits. Can I use this to buy something worth ₹40,000?
Absolutely yes. Your exchange credit works like a gift voucher – simply apply it at checkout and pay only the remaining amount to complete your purchase. There is no upper limit on what you can buy – the credit covers its portion and you top up the rest.

5. New Customers

I’m buying pearls for the first time. Do I get to participate?
Yes – but not in the current exchange cycle. Any purchase made between 15th–31st March 2026 through an authorised Sri Jagdamba Pearls channel automatically enrols you in India’s First Pearl Exchange Program.

You will become eligible to participate from the next programme cycle onwards, after completing the minimum holding period of 12 months. No separate registration needed.

What appreciation can I expect?
The exact rate is determined at the time of the next Programme Launch and is subject to international pearl supply, demand, and prevailing market pricing. Rest assured, appreciation is guaranteed.

How will I know when the next exchange cycle opens?
We notify all eligible customers the moment a new cycle goes live. Keep your contact details updated with us at the time of purchase, or register on jpearls.com to stay informed.

• The Pearl Exchange Program is valid from 15th March 2026 to 31st March 2026 only. Requests submitted after 31st March will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The exchange portal and pickup scheduling will remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Once initial verification is cleared, pickup must be scheduled on or before 31st March 2026.

Eligibility

• Applicable only on pearl and gemstone jewellery purchased directly from Sri Jagdamba Pearls – via official stores, jpearls.com, or authorized marketplace channels. Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
• The jewellery must have been purchased on or before 1st April 2025 (minimum 12 months old). The original invoice must confirm this.

• Customized jewellery or pieces set in gold, silver, diamonds, or other stones are not eligible.
• The exchange credit is calculated at 2X the original invoice price of the specific item you choose to exchange – not the total bill value.

Product Condition

• The jewellery must be structurally intact – no missing pearls, broken parts, or physical damage. Slight natural discoloration is acceptable.
• Our quality team’s assessment on condition and authenticity is final.

Invoice & Verification

• The original invoice is required. If unavailable, customers may share their registered phone number with product images. Our team will attempt to verify through internal records.
• If the purchase cannot be verified, the request will not be approved. Photocopied, edited, or unclear invoices will not be accepted.
• All exchange requests are subject to mandatory physical verification before a Gift Voucher is issued.

Exchange Process – Online (India Only)

1. Submit your details on the Exchange Portal at jpearls.com. Eligibility confirmation within 48 hours.
2. Schedule pickup and dispatch your product. Transit and quality check takes 2–7 working days.
3. Once approved, the Gift Voucher is issued instantly. Real-time updates shared via WhatsApp at every stage.

Exchange Process — In-Store

• Customers with the original invoice can walk in with their pearl set and get their exchange processed on the spot, subject to eligibility.

Gift Voucher

• Upon successful verification, customers receive a Gift Voucher worth 2x the original bill value (amount actually paid). Example: ₹1,500 paid = ₹3,000 voucher.
• The voucher is delivered as digital store credit to the customer’s registered whatsapp number.
• Valid for 30 days from date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
• Redeemable across one or multiple purchases within the validity period.
• Redeemable only on pure pearl and gemstone jewellery at Sri Jagdamba Pearls stores or jpearls.com. Not applicable on gold, silver, diamond, or mixed-material jewellery.
• The voucher is transferable to friends and family.
• Holds no cash value and cannot be converted into a refund or payment of any kind.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or loyalty benefits unless explicitly stated.

Rejections & Appeals

• Requests will be rejected if the product is found tampered, heavily damaged, not originally purchased from Sri Jagdamba Pearls, or if submitted images are unclear.
• Rejected products will be returned to the customer.
• Customers may submit a formal appeal within 3 working days of receiving a rejection notice. All decisions by Sri Jagdamba Pearls are final and binding.

Post-Exchange

• Jewellery purchased using this Gift Voucher is not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any future program or policy.

General

• Sri Jagdamba Pearls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Vouchers already issued remain valid until their expiry date.
• These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• In any conflict between these terms and any promotional material or communication, these terms prevail.
• In the unlikely event of a scenario not covered by these terms, Sri Jagdamba Pearls retains the right to evaluate the circumstance independently and offer a resolution it deems fair and appropriate. Such decisions will be final, binding, and indisputable in a court of law.
• By enrolling, customers confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all terms above.
